In the eighteen years of existence of vendoarte.com.gt, with the evolution that bears to settle down, you can tell that we fit perfectly in the needs and services of a globalized world.  Our mission is to be a store that offers -and exchanges –visual products of the best quality.  The diversity is due to that the human being proposes a variety of styles materialized in specific objects as paintings, sculptures, furniture and other elements that will cohabit together in this space and later on, in the homes of our clientele.

Among the authors that stand in our gallery, we can highlight first, Elmar René Rojas.  His international trajectory and his presence in many of the most important museums and fairs of art worldwide, transform him into the dean of his generation.  Painter, sculptor and engraver, Rojas goes through the world of the creativity, appropriating of elements related with the Guatemalan culture, expressed unquestionably with contemporary languages.    

Other artists are in the path of creating their own posters.  Among them its mandatory to mention Carlo Marco Castillo, rewarded in the Biennial of Art Paiz,.  He synthesizes and abstracts from the reality of his environment in the highlands, producing pieces of life that expresses mainly through color.  In general he is known by his estrangement from the concrete reality.  Another author rewarded in the same scenario of Paiz Biennial, is Francisco Auyón who besides been respected for his drawings and paintings, has entered in the fields of installation and performance.  In this case the referent is usually people of the street (salespersons) or elements of the cultural tradition of the Guatemalan (religious figures), which he represents on a expressionist and singular way.
